Fiscal Responsibility

For 2018, I have been guided by a personal theme of fiscal responsibility. As defined, it is synonymous with a balanced budget, or where spending equals revenue.  So no more seat sale, staycation and basically, no travel for the PisoTraveller! And the reason for this is because I am building a house!

So what does it mean for my bucket list? Well, it only means that I am creating a home where I don't need to take a vacation from. It is a place where I would rather stay, than pay for a hotel staycation.  It is willing to wait for 2 years to pay off the debts used to renovate the house before I book any more airline seat sale, hahaha. It is building a home where I can finally stay for the rest of my life.

And is it easy? Of course not! Like any good thing worth waiting for, the sacrifices are huge and the decisions are scary. But hey, immensely worth it!

Climbing Mountains, for Fun!

When people ask me to introduce myself and say something that I love doing, it is always climbing mountains that comes to mind.  It is hard, I kid you not, but it is so much fun! And the view at the top is always worth it.  Couple that with the friendships that you develop in the trail, then yes, I do climb mountains for fun! And I will continue to do this as long as my legs could carry me! Yes, this photo #CaptureTheRealYou best taken with an #OPPOF5

This is the one of my favorites, which I used as this blog's header. This was taken in Mt. Pamitinan in Rizal.  I just cant begin to tell you how rewarding this activity is!
